Janice Williams

Janice is Paradigm's Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Research. As CCO, she oversees the daily operations of the firm for adherence to federal securities procedures. In her role as Director of Research, she chairs the firm's Investment Committee, which establishes criteria for and monitors investment selection and asset allocation decisions.

Janice currently holds the following registrations and professional designations: Series 6,7,24,53,63,65 and life licenses. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services field.
