Director of Human Resources
Linda, Paradigm's Senior Account Executive/Director of Human Resources, is a designated Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) with over 20 years of employee benefits and human resources experience. At Paradigm Consulting, Inc., in addition to human resources and compliance, Linda has responsibility for the account renewal process which includes market bids and negotiations of renewal rates. She is responsible for account oversight which includes servicing the daily needs of the client as well as the marketing and implementation of all types of employee benefits plans such as medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Life, and cafeteria plans. Linda spent many years responsible for the planning and administration of the employee benefits plans of a local financial institution. Through the years, she has developed a unique level of experience in managing employee benefits, having dealt with the issues from many sides – day-to-day administration, corporate manager, and broker/consultant.
Linda has a CEBS designation from the Wharton School of Business and International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and has a New York State Life, Accident & Health License. Linda is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Society for Human Resource Management.
